Due to their mono-structure, the PP-based Ecoterm S V films are fully recyclable. Our sustainable thermoforming films are characterized by particularly excellent thermoforming properties and optimum machinability. They offer maximum process and packaging reliability in the packaging process and can be processed on conventional thermoforming packaging machines without any problems.
Thanks to secure sealing and high barrier properties, maximum product protection and long shelf life are guaranteed. Compared to other packaging concepts, the PP-based thermoforming film scores with maximum performance at minimum material input and weight savings. Thanks to their special formulation, Ecoterm films are used as frozen food packaging, trays for ready meals or coffee capsules, and can be used to produce MAP packaging.
Design for Recycling: Organic products sustainably packaged
Ecoterm S films are processable on standard thermoforming packaging machines and are characterized by perfect thermoforming behavior on standard systems.
The films can be equipped with lock seal or peeling functions. In addition, they can also be equipped with high barrier and an additional aroma barrier.
Being designed as a mono-material solution, our films are suitable for recycling which allows them to be assigned to the proper material streams for recycling -
our contribution to sustainability.
Ecoterm S films are suitable for a high temperature range as for example hot filling, freezing or pasteurization. In addition, they can be modified for sterilization.
Our top films perfectly complement with our bottom films. This results in packaging concepts that are groundbreaking in efficiency, packaging security and sustainability. In combination with an optimally aligned lidding film of the Pure-Line product family, the declaration and labeling of high recyclability is possible.
