The co-extruded flexible films of the Multifol® family are made of the polymers PA and PE.
Due to their good puncture resistance, they ensure a high level of product protection. The films can be used as bottom and lidding films in thermoforming applications for the production of MAP and vacuum packs.
They offer a broad processing window and a wide sealing range.
Multifol® GAP/GAH films can be used for high temperature applications, such as pasteurization or sterilization.
The films are also ideal for low-temperature cooking (sous-vide) applications.
Multifol GAP/GAH are processable on standard thermoforming packaging machines.
These films are tight sealing and are characterized by a medium barrier.
Due to their excellent puncture and tear resistance, they offer optimum product protection.
Their high transparency enables an optimal presentation at the point-of-sale.
The films are suitable in particular for high-temperature applications, such as sterilization and pasteurization. They are also suitable for sous-vide.
